Kushryn hounds began as an offshoot of Kushiel salukis. We chose to combine our kennels, as our family became increasingly more involved in the breed. At present, we maintain an active show team of 2-3 salukis at any given time with many more co-owned with our friends and approved puppy homes.

Salukis are wonderful dogs and have taught us both the beauty of having a sensitive, elegant companion. We breed for health, temperament, and beauty - focusing on quality American and European lines that provide soundness of mind and body. We are both long-time members of Northern Cascade Saluki Fanciers, American Saluki Association, and are pending approval with the Saluki Club of America.
